Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, managing, and implementing digitization projects from the conceptual phase to successful implementation
  • Introduction of new digital products and systems in close collaboration with all our departments
  • Leading project teams and coordinating internal and external partners
  • Ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops for employees to introduce and optimize the use of new digital solutions
  • Continuous monitoring and optimization of digital processes and systems

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in leading and implementing IT projects, ideally in the field of digitization
  • Profound knowledge of project management methods and tools, strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • Communication skills and experience collaborating with various stakeholders; high initiative, assertiveness, and organizational skills
  • Very good German and English language skills in both written and spoken forms
